Son of Sam 101

Let's take a little break from ripping Paul's book a new ending and consider this memo from Minot, ND.

Does that sound like JC was worried about his family? Does it sound like he may have been able to assist the investigation like his heroic sibling?

Sounds like he was involved. To me.

Manny Grossman once told me it didn't matter because JC was paranoid from drugs. But when you retrace John's final steps it sure seems like he was in his right mind before he passed.

  1. Paul Hart was commenting in Manny’s chat previously that we were going to be shown documentation from ND that would prove Maury lied.
    We’re waiting, Paul.

    1. If Maury lied as much as they say, TUE would’ve never made it to the 21st Century. And just look at the version THAT DID.

I think it might be helpful if all the cult related murders could be time lined. Is that possible?

I'm referring to people who started dying once Maury Terry began investigating, such as John Carr, Michael Carr. Could you or someone else timeline these deaths out and put them up in in a blog? The sheer volume of the files and Maury's chicken scratch makes a lot of deciphering cumbersome.

All the names would be helpful, how they died, and their dates of death. Just a thought.

    1. That is a great idea. I’m looking forward to being done with these jokers and spending more time talking about the files anyway.

Sometimes all you can do is be done with it and move on. I've gotten to that point and I'm ok with it. And I'm fine sticking to research with a chosen few off of social media. But at least others in the community know about some of the problems now, although if they knew more, they would be appalled. Hoping the behavior will come to a quick stand still. So, thanks for actively bringing the problems to attention.

I love how Paul points out in his book that John Douglas says Maury Terry was just gunning for book sales. This is coming from the man who states in his book "Mindhunter" that his biggest regret was not being able to solve the Zodiac crimes. Sigh.

If Douglas had spent more time talking to David Berkowitz and studying the occult, he might have actually gotten somewhere with Zodiac. But that is what happens when you have an FBI director in charge that thinks Satan is just an illusion (Webster). William Webster is a Christian Scientist. That is a HUGE part of the problem with the FBI at that point in time, in my opinion.

You know when just about everyone in the occult community in NY in 1977 was talking about the letters and the shootings definitely having massive occult undertones, there must be something to it. And based on my research, I'd have to agree with them.

Also, you did a prior post on the Savino sketch. You posted a sketch that was made when shooting first occurred.

I've been told there is a second sketch that was made and it is a composite of the first sketch and a SOS sketch or David Berkowitz. Anyway you can locate the other sketch and post it? I've also been told 160 lbs and 5'9 is listed next to the second sketch.

I'd like to know the date the first sketch was made. I'd like to know the date the second sketch was made.

And I'd like to find some substantial documents, whether pictures or hard documents, that list out David Berkowitz's weight around the time of the Lauria shooting. Valenti described him as hulking which doesn't say 160 lbs.
