Am I the least bit surprised that Manny has found a (former?) professional exhibitionist who is willing to go on camera and say they were shot by David Berkowitz? Nope.
Were we not told in the Netflix documentary and elsewhere ("if it bleeds it leads," goes the saying) that crime sells newspapers? We are to believe nobody would have published this lady's account in 1977 when the story was white hot?
When David was being sued by Carl Denaro and others, she didn't want in?
Truth be told, I consider this blog and Dana Doo Dah's YouTube channel partially to blame for this latest ventriloquist act. 2024 was supposed to be the year that Manny finally gets to do all of the shows he always wanted to do! It was going to be one blockbuster after another exposing the wig-wearing Maury Terry as a true crime huckster or worse. AND by using Maury's own files against him in the process.
Then Rotting Jewels and The Son of Sam Files showed up and WRECKED that little house of flashcards before it ever got to take shape.
I am linking to the property seized from DB's apartment and auto. Can someone show me where a .32 caliber handgun, the one used in the attack on this woman, was found and taken into evidence? How about .32 bullets? Or the black leather jacket being worn by the assailant?
So by referring to this brave woman as a former exhibitionist is supposed to make us think she’s lying? Is that your version of calling Virginia Voskerichian a prostitute or saying Christine Freund brought her murder upon herself? So far the only known liar has been proven to be Maury.

Going back to the last post on this topic, who were the two men seen driving off with the shooter? Kinda puts a kink in the whole "lone gunman" narrative. How does that make you feel?
The brave woman was asked about the 2 men and she never heard about them. It was obviously an error made by the daily news confusing the Messina shooting with Mrs Savino’s shooting. None of the other articles, nor did the police report talk about two other men.

Plural. Obviously more than one person saw the shooter flee.
None of the Joseph Messina items mention two men. Not that I've seen. And not that it matters, two witnesses saw the shooter leave with two people at the Savino scene. Just because she didn't see who he fled with means nothing.
Now show the 5 other articles that said there were no witnesses or other men with the shooter.

Just because you saw an article or five articles or two hundred that didn't say anything about witnesses doesn't mean there weren't witnesses.

ReplyDeleteI believe the accusation was there was human trafficking going on at the Columbia campus. Let me quickly explain how human trafficking works because there are a tons of misnomer.
The majority of trafficking victims are trafficked by family members or boyfriends. What happens with the men is the women are expensive wined and dined, receipts are collected and saved, and then the woman is presented with the receipts, intimidated, and told she owes the man and is required to pay him back through prostitution. Refer to the Rebecca Bender Iniative, a human trafficking survivor, for clarification. She works extensively with researchers at the university level, where, unfortunately, a lot of human trafficking occurs. If you need more clarification, READ. There are tons of peer reviewed journals on human trafficking, especially sex trafficking.
Questioning whether VV was a human trafficking victim or preyed upon isn't "slut shaming". It is asking questions. Was she being intimidated and rejected the work? Was she intimidated and had to work? Did she plan on coming forward and her life was terminated as a result? The point is her college professor boyfriend was not adequately questioned. And why is that?
Or could she have witnessed anything?
And drugs are heavily trafficked at universities. So there is that.
If you want to try to argue women in college don't use untraditional means to make income, you are clearly in the dark and ignorant of the women accept employment at strip clubs where a lot of under the table prostitution takes place.
While these women are portrayed differently on series such as the Sopranos, most are working at these places in order to put themselves through college. I had a friend in my early 20s who worked at a club and told me all about the percentage of women there attending four year universities.
